AZURITE, Copper Queen Mine, Bisbee, Cochise County, Arizona.  One of those great survivors of the early mining days at Bisbee. This specimen is all azurite of varying shades of blue, most of it of a solid-gem-grade and it is a miracle that it has not been cut up or at least polished a long time ago. I have not been able to capture the beauty of this one but please remember that I ship all of my mineral specimens on approval.  4-1/2x4x3-1/2.  $7,500.

BARITE, Frizington, Cumberland, England.  A long, compound, terminated crystal or group of crystals in parallel position of that elusive shade of yellow-green that is so typical of Frizington. There is a little dolomite present. On a custom made base by Alec Madoff, mountmaker to the American Museum of Natural History.4-3/8x1-3/4x1-1/4.  $1,250.

TOPAZ, Ghundao Hill, Katlang, Mardan District, North West Frontier Province, Pakistan.  A very fine, large-sized (1-1/2x1x7/8) crystal of lovely peach-pink color on a marble matrix. To be sure the crystal is terminated at its top but it may well be doubly-terminated too, as a layer of calcite encases its bottom, pinacoidal face. 3-1/2x2-3/4x2-3/4.  $1,500.

EPIDOTE, Hashupa, Shigar Valley, north of Skardu, Pakistan. A superb, slender, well-terminated, gem-crystal. 2-7/8x3/4x1/4. $1,850.
